Former Love Island contestant Laura Anderson has reportedly signed up to Celebs Go Dating after splitting from her on-off boyfriend Dane Bowers.
The 33-year-old reality star called it quits on her five year romance with the Another Level singer on Friday (August 5) and is said to have signed up to the show just hours later.
"Laura is the latest star to sign up for Celebs Go Dating – and she’s only been single for a matter of hours.
"She is a great addition to the line-up and will be really entertaining on screen," a source told The Sun.
They added: "Dane might not be too impressed to see her trying to snare another bloke on national television – especially because their break up is so fresh."
The Mirror has contacted Celebs Go Dating for comment.
Laura — who appeared on Love Island in 2018 — said she was leaving Dubai where she had been living with Dane, 41, to enjoy a fresh start in the UK.
She has since shared pictures from London where she is currently staying.
Writing on her Instagram Stories at the time of the split, Laura said: "Just to let all of my beautiful support on here know that unfortunately Dane and I have decided to separate.
"Thank you all for your continued support. Sadly we're just not right for each other but I do wish him nothing but love.
"I will be moving back to the UK as soon as I can. Roll on the rest of 2022, let's make it count."
Laura and Dane reunited in 2021 - three years after the Scottish beauty dumped him for cheating on her.
Their split came as a shock to many fans, as the couple had previously been open about their desire to marry and have children together.
Speaking on Vicky Pattison’s podcast last year, Laura admitted she has come off the pill in order to try and conceive her first child.
She told the former Geordie Shore star: "We started trying really quickly. I’ve been on the pill for years – just so long I was on the pill – and I thought, do you know what, this probably is not that good for my body.
"And I was just like 'Should I just come off it and we won’t 100% try.'
"But I got the app so I tracked when I’d be ovulating and he was like 'If you’re going to come off the pill we may as well track it and do it properly'."
Dane had previously said Laura was "the one".
"We're talking about marriage and babies and we'd like to do that soon. This is it. This is proper. This is the one," he told new! magazine.
Dane added: "I never gave my all [in previous relationships] so I don't know if I was totally in love. Which is quite sad really ... going through life and not being in love."
