Although Laura Anderson did not find love on Love Island when she entered the villa in 2018, she did find a partner on Celebs Go Dating with ex-EastEnders and Hollyoaks star Gary Lucy. The pair have now announced they are having their first baby.
Laura posted on her Instagram a reel clips of her undergoing ultrasound scans and showing off her growing baby bump. She said: "Our hearts are full Baby Lucy due Summer 23".
Many former Love Islanders commented congratulatory messages on the post. Faye Winter said: "Congratulations beautiful so happy for you," and Tasha Ghouri added: "AHHH!!! Congratulations angel," with a lovestruck emoji and heart emoji.

Part of the video that Laura posted appeared to hint that Laura and Gary know the gender of their baby. Laura posted a clip of her popping a large balloon with 'Boy or Girl?' printed across it while standing with her friends outside.
The clip was posted in black and white, meaning that Laura's followers and fans do not know the gender of the baby. Laura, aged 33, and Gary, aged 41, became an item following their stint on Celebs Go Dating last year, with the Love Islander taking part in the E4 dating show following her split from Dane Bowers, who she dated on and off for around five years.
Gary already has four children with his ex-wife Natasha Gray and went on Celebs Go Dating after struggling to find love since his divorce. Despite the aim of the show being for celebrities to find non-famous people to date, Laura and Gary grew close and ended up becoming an item.
Speaking to OK! about Gary, Laura said: "He makes me feel comfortable and he makes me feel quite adored and protected, which is really nice. He’s a gentleman." You can keep up to date with the latest TV and showbiz news by signing up to the newsletter here.
