Lana Jenkins shocked the Love Island villa by choosing between Ron Hall and Casey O'Gorman during the latest recoupling.
Tonight's episode saw the villa rocked by news of a recoupling following a recent dumping. The new couples were revealed to viewers at the end of the episode.
The islanders themselves looked stunned when Lana, 25, announced that she had chosen to couple-up with Casey, 26. She had chosen him instead of picking Ron, 25.
Lana and Ron were briefly coupled up at the start of the series, but have since faced challenges in their romance. This has included him showing interest in other islanders.
She has however more recently been getting to know Casey, who is one of the latest additions to the villa. Lana said in an episode this week that they had an "instant connection".
Lana said about her decision: "Been fighting between my head and my heart but tonight I'm going with my gut". Her decision means Ron will stay coupled-up with Tanyel Revan, 26.
Elsewhere in the recoupling, Jessie Wynter, 26, chose to remain coupled-up with Will Young, 23. Similarly, Tanya Manhenga, 23, decided to stick with Shaq Muhammad, 24.
Ellie Spence, 25, picked Jordan Odofin, 28, whilst Samie Elishi, 22, coupled-up with Tom Clare, 23. And Olivia Hawkins, 27, chose Kai Fagan, 24, during the recoupling.

Lana admitted that she felt pressure over her decision, with the makeup artist saying ahead of the recoupling: "I feel pressure. I don't know who I'm going to couple with ... "
Some of her fellow islanders were heard speculating about her upcoming decision in the villa. Another scene showed co-star Tom, 23, giving advice to Lana for the recoupling.
The recoupling came following a tense opening to the latest episode of the show, as two islanders were dumped from the villa in the presence of host Maya Jama, 28.
Spencer Wilks, 24, and Aaron Waters, 25, became the latest contestants to be voted off the winter edition of the ITV2 dating show, which is being filmed in South Africa.
