Love Island's Lana and Ron were pictured arguing just hours before they put on a loved up display at the reunion show.
The make-up artist and financial advisor, both 25, came second on the show and appeared to still be basking in the bliss of their romance when interviewed by Maya Jama on Sunday.
However, just hours before the cosy catch-up, they looked far from happy with each other as they sat in the car outside Lana's parents house - with faces like thunder.
The pair reportedly stayed in the car for 20 minutes following the heated exchange during which Ron looked particularly stoney- faced.
An onlooker explained: "They sat in the rain having a heated conversation for around 20 mins before finally going inside," reports The Sun.
The photos come after fans expressed concern for the pair following reports of a 'furious argument' on the flight from South Africa to the UK, which ended in Ron and Lana leaving the airport separately.
It was claimed ITV producers were forced to get involved after the reality TV couple became embroiled in a heated row.
The pair, who lost out to Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan in the final last week, addressed the rumours of an argument while on the reunion show - but fans weren't convinced.
Ron said he had drunk too much on the plane but stressed they never fought.
“I had a few too many bevvies and to be honest Lana just looked out for me. I had a great flight. We just creased about it," he claimed.
However, despite his defiant response, viewers thought the end was nigh for the couple.
One person said on Twitter : "Ron and lana wont see each other after tonight."
While a second wrote: "Lana and Ron, not sure they are gonna last."
Lana has remained tight-lipped over the split rumours, telling viewers how grateful she was for them supporting the couple.
"We’re completely overwhelmed by the love and support and just wanted to say a huge thank you to everybody who has supported us over the last few months," she gushed after leaving the villa.
"We’ve had the most amazing 8 weeks of our lives and now we get to live life in the real world together excited beyond belief and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
"Again, thank you everyone for literally everything, all the kind messages and support. We are reading as much as we can and getting back to as many as possible."
