Ron Hall and Lana Jenkins cleared up rumours the pair had rowed on the flight returning from Love Island, after they became runners up in the ITV2 reality show final.
The Love Island pair were said to have had a 'furious argument' on the flight from South Africa to the UK, which ended in the pair leaving the airport separately.
It was claimed ITV producers were forced to get involved after the reality TV couple became embroiled in a heated row, which resulted in makeup artist Lana and financial advisor Ron, both 25, leaving the airport separately.
However, all seemed well between the pair on Sunday evening as Love Island’s winter series returned for one special episode tonight as the ITV2 reality show hosted its reunion just a week after the grand final in South Africa.
New Love Island host Maya Jama was joined live in the studio by superfans Indiyah Polack, Sam Thompson and all 35 of the 2022 Islanders to relive the most dramatic moments from this year's series.
Host Maya quizzed the pair on the rumours, to which Ron said he had had too much to drink on the plane, but stressed they had never fought.
He said: “I had a few too many bevvies and to be honest Lana just looked out for me. I had a great flight. We just creased about it.”
Lana used her first post after the show to thank fans and gush over the support she's received.
As the makeup artist shared highlights from their time in the villa, she gushed: "We’re home!!! Eeeeekkkkk
"We’re completely overwhelmed by the love and support and just wanted to say a huge thank you to everybody who has supported us over the last few months.
"We’ve had the most amazing 8 weeks of our lives and now we get to live life in the real world together excited beyond belief and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
"Again, thank you everyone for literally everything, all the kind messages and support. We are reading as much as we can and getting back to as many as possible."
