Love Island star Jamie Jewitt found his dream girl on the dating show in 2017 as he defied the odds and shacked up with fellow contestant Camilla Thurlow.
The pair are still happily together and share daughter Nell, while they are soon to be expecting baby number two.
However, the 31-year-old hunk has revealed he put on five stone following his stint on the show five years ago.
He has revealed that at his heaviest he weighed around the 17st1lb mark after he entered the luxury villa weighing 12st8lbs.
After the birth of his daughter he admitted he stopped putting himself and his health first, but he he now told how he became determined to lose the excess weight in a bid to become a better parent.
While he hadn't stopped exercising after becoming a dad, he admitted he would choose "quick and easy" foods, meaning his diet suffered.
He revealed it became a habit for him to ignore his self-care which led to him losing his dietary discipline.
Speaking to The Sun, Jamie said: "Its a slippery slope once the bad habits set in and a difficult cycle to break when you have so much else going on that you need to think about i.e an increasingly energetic little bambino!"
While saying he had "embraced" the "dad bod", he admits that he had to get back on a healthy trail after feeling the negative affects that came with his weight gain.
He complained about feeling unhealthy, having more aches, and the pain in his knees becoming worse.
"Weight loss for me will always be about health and happiness as I had no issue with my body image at a heavier weight it was more the fact that I felt unhealthy," Jamie added.
"I now have found that balance and I feel like the younger healthier me, and able to be a more active happy healthy parent!"
He says being healthier and more energetic will make him a "better parent".
Jamie married Love Island sweetheart Camilla, 32, last September.
Camilla's latest pregnancy was announced in December, and she regularly shows off her baby bump to her 1.5 million Instagram followers.
In February, she said that she has found it difficult finding maternity pants that are comfortable.
Alongside a photo of herself, she wrote: "Waist up photo only because I'm wearing sweatpants again. I need to try and find some slightly smarter everyday options."
The reality TV star then revealed why she doesn't feel comfortable wearing certain types of maternity wear, with some too loose and others causing itching and nausea.
