Love Island 's Iain Sterling passed a savage comment about Gemma and Luca's fiery relationship during the brutal baby challenge on Wednesday night's instalment of the ITV2 dating show.
The Scottish narrator didn't hold back as he poked fun at the loved-up couple following their recent row after Gemma licked some of the other boys' necks during the steamy Mile High challenge on Tuesday night.
Luca was left livid after he watched Gemma, 19, crack on with Adam as she licked his neck up and down before moving onto Davide.
The Brighton fishmonger became so furious that he ripped off his microphone and stormed out of the villa in a rage after Gemma questioned him about his 'sulky' behaviour.
Despite their falling out, Gemma and Luca managed to make up and resolve their issues - but narrator Iain couldn't help but throw some shade during tonight's episode which saw the islanders get to grips with their baby dolls.
As the islanders were rudely awoken from their slumbers by the sound of screaming babies, Iain took the opportunity to mock the couple.
"What's that sound? Don't worry, it's not Gemma and Luca having another row - it's the babies," Iain joked.
The savage jibe came as Love Island fans claimed they were forced to furiously 'switch off' and mute their TVs during tonight's episode, as the contestants got to grips with the annual parenting challenge.
Each couple woke up to the sound of their screaming babies - and it didn't stop all day long.
As the proud parents got introduced with their little ones, things took a turn for the worst - as expected - as the newborn tots screamed at the top of their lungs, leaving viewers uncomfortable.
After Gemma and Luca and Indiyah and Dami were unable to stop their little ones from screaming and crying, frustrated Love Island viewers took to Twitter to complain about the 'horrific' noises.
"My ears are bloody bleeding. Unpopular opinion but I HATE this horrific challenge every single year. Wish they would axe it," one viewer complained.
"OMG! Dami's baby!!! I'd end up drowning it in the pool no joke," another joked.
"I imagine that's the sound you hear at the gates of hell!!!!!!! Turns me off having children," someone else quipped.
Love Island airs every night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub.
