Love Island alum Hannah Elizabeth proudly shared her latest facial surgery results but quickly slammed those criticising her.
The model, 32, who appeared on the 2015 edition of the dating series, showcased the drastic changes made after flying to Turkey to try to enhance her appearance.
Posting pictures of the severe swelling following the surgery to her 416,000 Instagram followers, Hannah gushed: "Day 1 I feel like a Bratz I'm obsessed."
The images showed the reality star pouting her plumper lips towards the camera while her eyelids were stuck with surgical tape.
Bratz dolls are popular toys from the creators of Barbie, Mattel. Their designs showcase exaggerated lips and eyes.
Despite her painful appearance, Hannah was clearly impressed with the work, captioning one shot: "Couldn't of [sic] asked for more. Exactly what I wanted im made up."
On a snap from day two of healing, she included a note saying: "Trust the process". She said she still had extreme swelling and required lots of sleep.
Sharing a video from the ward, Hannah praised the surgeons for their work before she uploaded more images of the healing process.
And she also shared a "breast implant certificate", stating she "couldn't be happier" after having her implants replaced after 10 years.
Despite being happy with her surgery outcomes, Hannah was seemingly criticised by a number of followers. Hitting back at the negative comments, she wrote: "Sick of messages from vile bitter women honestly its discusting [sic]. It stinks of nothing but bitterness and jealousy.
"Please don't comment on what i do with MY BODY. I'm a 32 year old woman not a young child. Also allow me its day 2 from surgery i clearly am not going to look well but unlike a lot of people who hide it I want to show u my journey."
She continued to say it "blows my mind" how many people have private messaged her with criticism. However, she ended by defiantly saying: "If you don't like surgery ur following the wrong girl," admitting she'd been going under the knife since the age of 18.
Hannah had also revealed the results of a nose job earlier this year too after travelling to Turkey to go under the knife. She has also shared the aftermath of other surgical procedures on a number of occasions.
