Love Island's Ekin-Su could compete on Strictly Come Dancing after storming villa voting

Love Island's Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu could be swapping her heels for dancing shoes as she is in with a chance of competing in Strictly Come Dancing.

Despite only just returning from the villa, some think she could be looking at new opportunities already, including other TV shows.

According to Ladbrokes, the winner of the 2022 series of Love Island has a 4/1 chance of being in Strictly.

After showing off some of her dace moves while on the hit dating show, the betting company think BBC bosses could have their eye on the Turkish beauty.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: "She'll still be suffering from jetlag, but Ekin-Su was such a success in the villa that Strictly chiefs may well be preparing a move for her for the upcoming series."

It hasn't yet been confirmed what Ekin-Su is looking to do after taking her share of the £50k prize from winning Love Island alongside Davide Sanclimenti but it's thought she will already be given plenty of work opportunities.

Ekin-Su and Davide were a firm fan favourite despite their rock journey together.

Even though the pair had their ups and downs pretty much from day one, they managed to keep finding their way back to each other.

They hit a major bump in the road just days into knowing each other when Jay Younger entered as a bombshell and caught Ekin-Su's attention.

This is when the iconic terrace meetings happened when the two of them went up to the terrace in secret so they could get to know each other in private.

But this is when famous terrace crawling happened which is sure to go down in Love Island history.

Davide ended up finding out what happened which he wasn't happy about.

Ekin-Su and Davide then had their first major argument when Davide shouted: "Liar. Actress. Go the f*** out."

However, this wasn't enough to pull them apart forever as despite Davide saying he didn't trust Ekin-Su, he admitted he was happy when she picked him again in a later recoupling.

The iconic couple stormed to victory thanks to receiving a huge 63.69% of the public vote, which is the second highest winning vote in Love Island history.

Only the 2018 Love Island winners Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham scored more than this, with 79.66% of the votes.

Luca Bish and Gemma Owen got 14.47% coming in second place, while third-placed Indiyah Polack and Dami Hope got 11.77% of the votes.

Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page came in fourth place with 10.07% of the final votes.

After the islanders returned home they all got back together at the Love Island reunion which is due to air on Sunday 7 August.
