Love Island’s Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu admits she still has feelings for Davide Sanclimenti and wishes she had not left him for Jay Younger in tonight’s episode of the ITV2 dating show.
The 27-year-old Turkish actress has had a rollercoaster romance with the Italian stallion so far, after Sunday’s episode saw the fiery pair share a flirtatious chat at the spot where they shared their first kiss.
But they then explosively parted ways after Jay walked into the villa and Ekin-Su crawled out onto the terrace to share kisses with the investment analyst.
The secret trysts were finally exposed, leading to a screaming match as Davide fumed: "You are a liar, an actress, go the f**k out."
Ultimately, the couple split as Ekin-Su paired up with Jay - and she has since gone on to be coupled with new boy Charlie.
However, it looks like Love Island fans could now be treated to an enemies to lovers storyline on the ITV2 show as the Ekin-Su opens up about their chemistry.
In tonight’s episode, Dami Hope quizzes Ekin-Su in the kitchen on her previous flames Jay and Davide.
Ekin-Su admits: “I’ll be honest with you, I don’t know what it is, but there is some sort of chemistry with Davide. Every time we’re together, it’s weird, something happens.”
Dami says: “You probably had better chemistry with Davide then, no? Than what you had with Jay but obviously Jay just gave you the things that you want.”
Ekin-Su agrees: “The things that Davide never did, because it was too early. But maybe if I had waited it could’ve worked…I keep thinking that, but it’s too late now.”
Is it too late for Ekin-Su and Davide, or can the spark be reignited?
This comes after the split couple sat down to talk about her new coupled up romance with new boy Charlie and the pair giggle with one another as he said: "Sometimes I laugh with you, I like to take the p*** of you, but -"
She insisted: "Yeah, I'm not coming to you to... this is just a friendship talk, it's nothing."
"Yeah," he said, but they both end up giggling with one another.
Ekin-Su said in the Beach Hut: "We're talking as friends but there's something... I don't know what it is. There's always something really special with Davide that I can't have with anyone else in here."
