Ellie Hecht, the ex-girlfriend of Love Island 's Dr Alex George, has confirmed the pair are no longer on speaking terms in response to a fan's question on Instagram.
The 22-year old ran a Q&A session on her account on Wednesday and when asked whether she still talks to Alex, she replied with a Simon Cowell meme stating his catchphrase 'It's a no from me'.
Dr Alex, 31, and Ellie began dating in January 2021, but split in February this year following reports he cheated on the barrister's clerk with four other women.
The news came just weeks after the duo had holidayed together in Mauritius and Alex had resigned from his A&E job.
An insider told The Sun at the time: "Alex cheated on Ellie very early on in their relationship, but she chose to forgive him and move on.
"She has really been his rock during a very difficult time for him and decided to give him the benefit of the doubt.
"Unfortunately, Alex went on to sext a number of other women during their relationship and it all came to a head when someone contacted Ellie and spilled the beans about what he had been up to."
Mental health advocate Alex subsequently took to Instagram to respond to the claims, writing: "It's wise not to judge situations that you do not understand. Just a Sunday thought."
Following the split further allegations emerged that the former Love Island contestant had pursued other women whilst in a previous relationship with Amelia Bath.
A medical student claimed that Dr Alex reached out to her by asking for her phone number amid his romance with Amelia.
The woman leaked parts of the messages exchanged on TikTok before deleting the video.
The footage included the caption: "While no one believes Dr Alex cheated on his gf but you definitely [sic] do because he was in your DMs during his relationship before Ellie," showed messages sent in 2020.
Since the breakup, meanwhile, the Doc has reportedly signed up to celebrity dating app, Raya - which has included the likes of Channing Tatum, Niall Horan and Zac Efron among its members.
