Davide Sanclimenti has warned the current crop of Love Island hopefuls not to change once they leave South Africa despite all the added pressure they will face.
The Italian hunk, 27, won last summer's series of the hit ITV2 dating show alongside his Turkish belle Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, 28, and has found himself in high demand since leaving the Majorcan villa.
When asked whether he had any advice for the latest group of islanders as the series enters its final weeks, he told Mirror Online: "Follow your gut.
"Don't listen to what people say because when you go out you've got hundreds and thousands of people telling you what to do and when to do what's best to do.
"But I will say to them, they only know themselves really what they want to do. So just follow their feelings and just be real to themselves and don't change because people think something about them."
However, he bluntly admitted it's not his concern and confessed he hasn't watched this year's cast in action as it lacked in entertainment.
"I haven't watched Love Island because of time and also because probably I didn't find any entertainment from this year," he revealed.
Instead, he's fully focused on his own blossoming career and his relationship with Ekin-Su.
Opening up on what the future holds, he said he plans to take part in more TV programmes following his success on the show and his recent short series titled Ekin-Su and Davide: Homecomings.
And he hinted that something could be in the pipeline very soon - as well as cheekily saying Ekin-Su knows he would beat her final placing on Dancing On Ice if he were to take part.
Discussing his reasons for wanting to go in front of the camera again, he said: "I feel like in TV, I can really show my media personality. And, you know, the funny Davide comes out and it's something that people love and at the same time I love to do as well.
He's also got a YouTube fitness channel simmering away to help answer the constant stream of health and wellbeing questions he's frequently asked.
"I've been into fitness and came into Love Island in a very good shape," he added. "People often ask me how I got there, what I usually train and what is my fitness lifestyle.
"So I feel like if I can help people and be an example for them and make someone happy because they will reach their goal, that is something that I will love to do."
And in order to make someone feel good about themselves, he knows they must also dress the part. That is why he recently launched his second boohooMAN collaboration, which he says further show off his own style.
"It's a bit of me," he proudly revealed of his 'Going Out' range. "I feel like after the success of the first collection, I feel like we've done even more personalised designs and in a way it shows even more of my style of dress.
"It reflects more the way I want to dress," he added.
The 10 piece collection features a variety of timeless smart silhouettes and subtle, soft colourways. Hues of earthy tones are combined with relaxed fits, matching sets, and lightweight fabrics to create a simplistic range that suits all.
