Love Island 2023 bombshell Casey O'Gorman called out Lana Jenkins and Ron Hall on Tuesday night, after "disrespectful" scenes.
Casey said he "didn't trust" Ron and called Lana "muggy" as the pair reunited, barely a day after she and Casey paired up in the recoupling.
Lana had ditched Ron for Casey and said she was happy with her choice, but just hours later she changed her mind and realised it was Ron she wanted.
The next evening, Lana took Casey for a chat and friend-zoned him before offering to be his wingwoman.
Casey was taken aback but was soon left gutted when he saw Lana and Ron kissing, moments after she had ended things with him.
Pulling Lana for a chat, he called her "muggy" and slammed her antics leaving things very awkward between them.
He said her wingwoman comment "rubbed salt into the wound", and that her kissing Ron was "super muggy" after their chat.
Lana apologised but defended herself, saying he had only been in the villa for five days to which he asked: "So that makes it alright?"
She then apologised again, after saying she didn't know Casey could see her and Ron together.
The next day, some of the boys told Ron he should have been more respectful around Casey - while Ron himself suggested Casey wasn't handling things the right way.
As the two men decided to sort things, Casey told him he found he hadn't been respectful given he liked Lana so Ron apologised.
Viewers backed Casey over the situation, and called out Lana and Ron for their antics.
It comes amid viewers speculating the producers had a huge motive over their decision to send the latest bombshell into the villa.
Claudia Fogarty will enter the villa on Tuesday night during the episode, and fans think she could be another test for Ron.
Taking to Twitter, one fan said: "New girl entering the Villa, you just know she will totally be Ron’s type, dragging the ridiculous Lana and Ron storyline out even longer."
A second viewer agreed: "The producers everytime Ron gets bored of the old bombshell," while referring to the fact another blonde was heading in.
Another viewer said: "Oh look another Bombshell for Ron," as a fourth agreed: "Another one for Ron."
The comments kept on coming too with one reading: "One for Ron!!" as another said: "'She is 100% my type on paper' Ron again for the millionth time."
Love Island airs every night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
