Love Island's Cara De La Hoyde confesses she and Nathan don't 'really' have sex anymore

Love Island winner Cara De La Hoyde has admitted it's "been a while" since she and her husband Nathan have had sex, as the parents-of-two are so busy.

Cara, 32, won the second season of the show with Nathan Massey, 30, and the pair went on to wed in 2019 and have two children.

The star, who is known for her honesty about family life, says the pair's love life has taken a backseat as they look after their young kids, Freddie and Delilah.
