Love Island's Anton Danyluk 'not interested' in dating after quitting reality TV and fame

Love Island star Anton Danyluk has revealed he is 'not interested' in dating after he quit the reality TV lifestyle.

Anton, 27, announced last year he was ditching the celebrity circuit to focus on fitness, as he embarked on a bodybuilding journey.

The Airdrie born hunk was asked by fans on Instagram if he was dating anyone and shut down all chat of romance writing: "Nope and don't intend too".

Another fan asked: "Why don't you want to get into a relationship if you don't mind me asking?"

Anton responded: "Not interested - dating is a distraction still got so much to achieve before I even think about bringing another person into my life".

The Scots star came in fifth place on the ITV dating series alongside Belle Hassan in 2019, as the duo narrowly missed out on a place in the final after being dumped on day 38.

Before announcing he was quitting the celeb life, Anton was a contender for MTV's Ex on the Beach as rumours circulated he was set to appear on that.

However, the fitness fanatic squashed those rumours as quickly as they started, telling fans on social media: "This article is not true. I don't know where this has came from. I have decided not to do any more reality tv. I'm totally focused on my fitness businesses and that's it."

He added: "I'm just totally dedicated towards my fitness now. Alcohol doesn't make me happy. The celebrity life doesn't..."

Anton has moved away from Scotland and is living permanently over in Dubai where he is working on his own gym, Junk Dubai.

The fitness influencer told fans last year: "I've got a big announcement, I'm going be competing in my first ever bodybuilding competition on the 14th of November in the men's physique category in Birmingham. It's the PCA first timers.

"I'm super excited about this. I've loved bodybuilding from a young age.

"The last few years with all the reality, 'celebrity' if you want to call it lifestyle I've not been able to take my fitness as seriously as I like so I'm ditching that life and getting back into the fitness and taking it 100% serious.

"I'm gonna be documenting the full eight week prep, this is the first episode of the series."
