Love Islander Anton Danyluk looks very different from his days on the show three years ago - but the gym owner staunchly denies having any cosmetic surgery.
The fitness coach's latest video about how to avoid fat-laden food whilst eating out left fans more interested in his looks.
One harsh follower asked if he had been stung by bees, suggesting that he had been under the knife.
"Wtf did you do to your face! Looks like you've been stung by 100 bees lol," they wrote.
Another replied: "steroids can do this to someone's face".
A third wrote: "Tip 5 - don’t get failed Botox."
The reality star spoke from outside a restaurant as he shared his top tips for eating out.
"Here are my top three tips to eating out. Tip number one leave a third of your calories for the day for that meal. I.E if you eat three thousand calories leave a thousand for that.
"Tip number two, stay away from fried foods and also sauces, stick more to grilled meats and rice and potatoes for your carb source. Tip three, skip dessert..."
This isn't the first time his looks have been questioned, with one fan asking: "What on earth has happened to your face?”
Another shared their thoughts: "He was on a bulk for his show when this video was recorded, look at his more recent photos when he cut. Completely normal.”
Anton even replied to the comment, adding: "Thank you someone has sense.”
Last year during an interview with Fubar Radio, he denied having anything done to his face.
"I genuinely haven't had work done to my face. I'm honest, I will say if I have, I don't care. If I want to have work done to my face, it's my face, it's my body."
"And if that makes me feel good about myself and I want to do that, good."
He continued: "It's my life, I can do what I want. If you want to go out and drink every night and that makes you feel good about yourself, go do that. If you want to go to the gym, you go do that, that's your life."

Anton also revealed that he disabled his Instagram comments after he was getting trolled.
"It's not our business what other people think of us, and we can't control what other people think of us. That's it. I can go to my Instagram and I can say, 'guys, I've not had this work done to my face'...
"But they're either going to believe it or not going to believe it, I can't change their opinion on that and that is ultimately what they think. So why waste the energy?”
