Love Island's Anna-May Robey consoled by Will Young as she's left in floods of tears

Love Island's Anna-May Robey was consoled by fellow contestant and farmer Will Young after being left in floods of tears during the latest episode of the winter dating series. During the show that aired on Thursday, January 24, Kai Fagan pulled the Swansea star for a chat.

It comes after the latest recoupling saw the payroll administrator recouple with teacher Kai, after failing to find a spark with Haris Namani. However, Kai has since decided he has more in common with Tanyel Rave, who he was previously coupled up with.

Grabbing Anna-May for a chat, Kai said: "If I’m going to be completely honest with myself as hard as it is, I think I do get on better with Tanyel a little bit more and there’s a bit more of a spark there."

Anna-May responded: "I feel like we don’t have much flirt, it’s a lot of serious chat." The conversation continued as Kai said: “I think sometimes you’ve just got to go with your gut with these things."

Anna-May then added: “Don’t worry I feel the same way and I feel like me and you, we get along more as friends, I do have a laugh with you and we can have fun but it’s more in a friend way.”

However, the 20-year-old was then left in tears after admitting to Will on the daybeds that she felt like a lost puppy. "It is difficult if you want to find someone, I know we've only been here a week and I'm being silly. I'm not like upset about him."

Consoling his friend, Will pulled her in for a hug and said: "Have a cry, it isn't silly, it's a super tough and tense situation."
