Love Island star Amy Hart discovered she has a stomach parasite and 'toxic metal' in her system.
The reality star visited the Kinesiologist on Wednesday and found out that she has a parasite which has been feeding off certain foods she has been eating.
She was told to avoid dairy products, pork, soy and gelatin for the next six weeks.
The 29-year-old took to her Instagram Stories to share the news with her 1.1 million followers.
"I've just been to the kinesiology lady and it turns out I have a parasite in my, I think it's my bladder. She said she's going to give me the full breakdown," Amy explained.
"...A parasite in my system, I have high levels of toxic metal. I'm allergic to soy, so no more soy sauce. How am I ever going to eat sushi again?"
She continued: "And the parasite is feeding off of dairy, pork, and obviously gelatin so I can't have those for six weeks."
The TV personality went on to ask followers to send her their favourite pork-free, gelatin-free, dairy-free and soy-free recipes.
Amy also remembered that her 30th birthday is coming up in three weeks, which means she can't have Tequila Rosé, cupcakes or ice cream.
"I think I'm going to cancel [her birthday party]," she joked.
She later clarified that it is actually bacteria in her bladder while the parasite is in her stomach.
Her symptoms included bloating, bad acid reflux, 'recurrent ladies issues', insomnia, chronic fatigue, and bad skin.
It comes after Amy urged fans to book their smear tests after her test results came back 'dodgy'.
She revealed that she had been diagnosed with a positive HPV result back in May and that she would need further tests.

If HPV is not found in a sample, the risk of that person getting cervical cancer is very low and there is no need to have any further tests to check for abnormal cervical cells.
However, if HPV is found, the person may need either another cervical screening test or a colposcopy; a different test to look at the cervix if both HPV and abnormal cells are found.
Taking to Instagram last week, Amy revealed that she had undergone a biopsy today.
"Before I went in there, they told me that they would only biopsies if they really, really had to," she said. "Surprise, surprise, they really, really had to take the biopsies and they said on the pictures that the cells do look quite high grade so [they'll] probably have to take them out and send them off for testing so I'll have to go back.
"So yeah, not great news but I'm really glad that I had all my smears on time. So if you're watching this thinking, 'Oh, I'm not sure.' Please, please go and book it.
"It's Cervical Cancer Awareness Week this week, please go book it so they can catch things early."
