Amber Gill has struck back at Love Island co-star Brett Staniland after he joked about the influencer getting butt-enlarging plastic surgery.
The exchange began when the 25-year-old winner of the 2019 series did a Q&A with her whopping 2.7 million Instagram followers. Her fellow Love Island star Brett used it as an opening to poke fun at Amber's figure.
Brett submitted the dig about a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) as a reply on Amber's Q&A, writing: "When you try and do backstroke does your BBL flip you around like a life jacket." To which Amber playfully accused Brett of failing to send the barb from his secret account.
Alongside a snap of her in the gym, Amber posted Brett's reply with her response which read: "Did you forget to use your burner account???"
The Love Island favourite went on goad Brett, who is an advocate for sustainable fashion, adding: "I'm going to bulk order from a fast fashion brand and wear it all once now you said that you little t***".
Amber and Brett have cemented a strong bond in recent months, the Mirror reported. The pair first set tongues wagging that there was a romantic spark between them back in 2021.
However, Amber shut down rumours, taking to Instagram to write: "Brett is probably one of the best people I've met from the Love Island series' collectively. He is just normal and I f*****g love normal."
Elsewhere, Amber has recently been revealed as a contestant on the new Celebrity SAS Who Dares Wins. The Geordie lass will reunite with co-star Curtis Pritchard for the show.
Towie stars Ferne McCann and Pete Wicks will also appear on the next series, as well as Curtis' brother, AJ Pritchard.
