Love Island's Adam Maxted is unrecognisable since appearing on the show in 2016.
The professional wrestler, 30, came fourth on the show with Katie Salmon but now looks worlds away from when he starred on the ITV2 series.
While he did boast a muscular physique on Love Island, Adam has undergone a staggering transformation as he throws himself into his career.
Taking to Instagram telling his followers: "Finally back in this account after over a year," Adam has muscles for days in a jaw-dropping snap.
Sitting on a fence overlooking the sea in Marbella, he sports bleach blonde locks, fetching red shorts and a deep mahogany tan.
In another pic he lifts up his shorts to reveal legs like tree trunks as he works out in the gym.
The Northern Irish hunk often posts shirtless snaps showing off his ripped physique as well as detailing his wrestling career, telling fans his last match was a few weeks ago with more coming up next month.
He also shared a video of himself in the ring in a pair of minuscule blue budgie smugglers.
Adam entered the Love Island villa on day 11 and initially coupled up with Olivia Buckland.
However she later switched to Alex Bowen - who she's now married.
The wrestler then moved onto Zara Holland before finally getting together with Katie Salmon.
Katie, who was the first openly bisexual contestant to ever appear on the show, only lasted a few days with Adam after the series had wrapped.
The hunk compared his ex to a "kebab" after their split was confirmed, in a bizarre tweet, which left fans flummoxed.
Taking to social media, Adam said: "100 percent single. It's like when you're eating a kebab after a night out & the first few bites taste good but then u realise that it really isn't nice at all!"
Fortunately, Katie brushed off the comment and had her first child with her fiance Harry earlier this year.
Meanwhile, fans seem keen to find out more about Adam's current status after one asked him in his Instagram Stories whether he would be open if he were attracted to men.
The wrestler replied: "Personally I'm attracted to women but I think if you like what you like then everyone should be true to themselves and proud of it."
