Love Island runners-up Lana and Ron spotted 'arguing' ahead of reunion show

There seems to be trouble in paradise for Love Island runners-up Ron Hall and Lana Jenkins as they were spotted having a "heated conversation" ahead of tonight's reunion show, writes The Mirror.

The couple were spotted having tense words inside Ron's car before visiting Lana's parents.

Lana was seen sitting with her hand to her face while Ron looked straight out the window. The pair are said to have sat in the car for around 20 minutes.

The alleged argument comes following reports they had a "furious argument" on the flight home from South Africa which ended in the pair leaving the airport separately.

Speaking about their argument in the car, one onlooker told The Sun : "They sat in the rain having a heated conversation for around 20 mins before finally going inside."

It's understood Ron and Lana didn't want to film the family meeting for the Love Island reunion show but producers convinced them to change their minds.

According to reports the pair were meant to stay together in London but instead went back to their separate family homes to "cool off".

An insider told the publication: "They were so fuming they refused to film the 'meeting the family' part of the reunion show at Heathrow until producers stepped in again.

"They were due to stay overnight in London together but after the fight they went back to their family homes separately to cool down."

However, a source told the Mirror it was "always" the couple's plan to "spend the night with their respective families" after arriving back in the UK.
