Love Island star Luca Bish's family has explained his 1995 tattoo after it sparked confusion among ITV2 fans. The 23-year-old set social media alight after viewers questioned the meaning of the ink which sits on his torso.
Many fans had assumed the tattoo was Luca's birth year, but quickly realised it couldn't be. One Twitter user summed up the universal conundrum and asked: "Why does Luca have 1995 tattooed on him if he's 23? The math isn't mathing".
While a second quizzed "Luca is 23 but has 1995 tattooed on him??" And another puzzled fan wrote: "Assumed Luca was 27 because of his 1995 tattoo but he's only 23?"

However, those who are running Luca's Instagram account while he is on the ITV2 dating show cleared up the confusion after being inundated with tweets, comments and messages about the ink," reports OK! Online.
Those behind his social media accounts answered a question that read: "Why does Luca have a 1995 tattooed on him? If he’s 23?"
The reply read: "Keep getting these messages so let’s clear this up! He does in fact know when he was born - it’s for his sister’s year of birth" followed with a laughing and heart emoji.
Luca, who is a fishmonger from Brighton, is currently coupled up with Swansea paramedic Paige Thorne. However, the contestant has also been getting to know Tasha Ghouri, who is paired with Andrew Le Page.
Speaking in the Beach Hut earlier this week, Luca said: "I got a really good vibe off her. I think there could be something there."
