A first look at tonight's Love Island has confirmed who Olivia Hawkins and Maxwell Samuda can dump. During the episode that aired on Wednesday, March 2 the pair were told they'd be leaving the Island after receiving the least votes from the public.
However, in a surprising twist, host Maya Jama then revealed two more contestants would also be making their exit, a decision that would be made by Olivia and Maxwell. Maya explained: "Olivia and Maxwell are not the only ones leaving. Two more islanders will also be dumped tonight. That decision is not down to the public or your fellow islanders, it’s actually down to you, Olivia and Maxwell."
Three more couples were made vulnerable by the public vote, which asked viewers to vote for the most compatible couple. They were Claudia Fogarty and Keanan Brand, Casey O'Gorman and Rosie Seabrook, and Shaq Muhamad and Tanya Mahenga.

The episode ended before Olivia and Maxwell's decision aired but a social media post on the official Love Island Instagram page led some viewers to believe Olivia and Maxwell could dump any couple, not just those who were made vulnerable by the public vote.
Posting a series of pictures which included Ron Hall and Lana Jenkins, Will Young and Jessie Wynter, Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan, and Tom Clare and Samie Elishi, a caption read: "Two more Islanders will be dumped from the Island, and their fate is in Olivia and Maxwell's hands."
Confused viewers flooded the comments section, with one writing: "I thought they’d have to choose out of the remaining couples picked by the public, but looking at their Instagram page, it could be any of the Islanders. If that is the case, you just know Kai will be one of them," while another added: "It should only be a choice from the other bottom three couples!!"
"Is it from the remaining three couples in the bottom OR all of them, that seems really unfair," said a third. "From the bottom three or everyone?!" asked a fourth.
However, in a first look at tonight's episode ITV bosses have confirmed Olivia and Maxwell must pick one girl and one boy from the three remaining vulnerable couples, therefore, leaving Tanya, Shaq, Claudia, Keanan, Casey and Rosie all at risk.
In scenes set to air tonight, Maya explains: "You must now choose one girl and one boy from the remaining vulnerable couples to be dumped from the Island tonight. Please go and take a seat to discuss your reasons and to make a decision."
As the pair deliberate, Olivia says: "This is stressful, there's so many options." Having finally come to an agreement they head back over to break the news to their fellow Islanders.
Olivia tells them: "This has been a really difficult decision for both of us. Do you keep a couple in that could potentially rebuild a flame? Do you keep a boy and a girl that haven't had enough time here? It’s been very difficult to make this decision, there’s so many options we could have gone for."
Which boy and girl will be leaving with Olivia and Maxwell? All will be revealed in tonight's Love Island which kicks off at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX. For more showbiz and television stories get our newsletter here.
