Love Island first look as Casa Amor stay ends and recoupling triggers heartbreak

Love Island's Casa Amor will close its doors later with heartbreak looming as a recoupling rocks the villa. It's the last chance for the Islanders to impress or decide whether or not they want to remain in their original couple.

Host Maya Jama will return to the popular ITV2 reality show to ask if they're going to stick or twist. Speaking to Cynthia in the main Villa, Casey says: “You’re the girl I’ve definitely been closest with and vibed with the most. It’s just been so nice. It honestly has and I feel like you’re a flirt and I’m a flirt and it’s good.”

He adds: “I think for us boys, no matter what decisions we make, someone’s always going to be upset.” Cynthia replies: “I think that’s the thing.” Casey adds: “There’s going to be some broken hearts.”

Meanwhile, Tom is talking to Scots bombshell Lydia about where his head is at.

Tom says: “There are qualities in you and Samie that I look for in a girlfriend.” During Wednesday's episode they shared a kiss on the terrace, something Tom says 'felt right'.

It's looks like Tom and Scots bombshell Lydia could be a new couple (ITV)

Lydia adds: “Whatever happens, you’ve done what’s right for you.”

And as the recoupling gets underway Casey is first to be asked to make his decision. He admits: “It’s not been an easy decision at all…”

Love Island returns to ITV2 and ITVX tonight.
