A Love Island feud has erupted off air as Tyrique Hyde's best pal blasted Ella Thomas.
Ella, 23 and Tyrique, 24, are coupled up on the show, but the model recently admitted she's had her head turned by footballer Ouzy See.
Tyrique has so far stayed loyal to Ella - despite snogging Amber Wise in the sex positions challenge - but his pal, Love Island legend Toby Aromolaran, reckons the footballer 'needs his freedom' as he took to Twitter commenting on his relationship.
While watching at home, Toby tweeted: "Respectfully ella just come back with ouzy," while adding in another, "Because Tyrique needs to be freed!"
Ella and Ouzy have been getting on famously, with the Scot admitting the footballer has "confused" her. However, Ella was slammed for 'pieing off' the Essex native when Ouzy went in for a kiss.
The pair were chatting on the day bed when the sports star decided it was time to make a move, but Ella wasn't having any of it.
As she giggled with her hand over her mouth, a bemused Ouzy asked the model: "Do you not want to have a kiss?" Looking somewhat red-faced, Ella shook her head as she told him: "No not yet!"
Tensions are set to flare in tonight's show as a potential six Islanders could see themselves dumped.
A source told The Sun: “Six islanders got dumped from the island - it was a mass axing. Everyone was crying and it was so tense - nobody could guess who would recouple and who would come back single.”
They continued: “It'll be an unmissable episode - even Maya Jama was shocked by some of the choices!"
Tyrique is a fan favourite with viewers and has been pals with Toby since meeting at school in Essex. Both men are footballers, with Tyrique playing for Dartford.
The reality star's family recently appeared on After Sun where they were asked if Tyrique would stay loyal to Ella.
The footballer's mum and brother thought he may cheat on the model, but only for his own "security".
Confessing there was a chance Tyrique would recouple in Casa Amor, ditching partner Ella for a new girl, his mum said: "You know what, I think he will. He might bring someone back because he's worried she might bring someone back and his ego will be like, I'm not coming back alone. But in his heart he will be loyal."
His brother added: "I feel like he will be in his own head. He'll be thinking is Ella gonna bring someone back? So that is the only thing that is gonna be a problem for him."
As host Maya asked if they meant "a security bring-back", they both agreed, saying we'll have to wait and see to discover what Tyrique decides to do.
