Love Island viewers were left fuming over the lack of a teaser clip at the end of Wednesday night's episode, but some fans think they have worked out the reason behind it.
Most episodes end with a teaser clip for the following night, or a voting announcement ahead of a dumping.
For the past two nights there have been no preview clips at the end of the episodes, and producers' decision to drop it on Wednesday night sparked fury.
Some fans called it the most boring episode of the series to date, so many were holding on to see the preview clip.
When one did not air, many fans fumed at the show and questioned the missing clip.
But some fans began to speculate why the clip wasn't shown, wondering if it had anything to do with Casa Amor or the rumoured return of a dumped Islander.
The famous twist Casa Amor, which sees the original girls and boys split up and new Islanders enter, is rumoured to be back this weekend.
Dumped Islander Molly Marsh sparked speculation she would return to the show just a week after being axed, as she teased a trip.
Now, fans are asking if the lack of teaser was to hide the fact Casa Amor was coming this week.
Taking to Twitter, one fan said: "I’m hoping they didn’t do a preview for tomorrow night because casa amor is going to start."
Another fan tweeted: "Ermmmmmm… no teaser for tomorrow?! Or is Casa Amor day?" as a third said: "no preview for tomorrow ??? CASA AMOR IS COMING."
It comes after a savage dumping twist on Tuesday night, that rocked the villa. It was confirmed two people would be booted out, with one boy and one girl getting the chop.
After all Islanders were gathered around the fire pit, some of the Islanders began receiving texts confirming those who would be leaving.
Zachariah had to announce which girl was going home, and Leah was tasked with reading out the name of the dumped boy.
The axed girl was newcomer Mal Nicol, and the axed boy was original Islander Mehdi Edno - leaving the Islanders reeling and his partner Whitney in shock.
None of the Islanders had known in advance that an exit was looming, and host Maya Jama did not return to the villa to host proceedings.
Instead they all had to wait to hear their fates via their phones, and as Mal's exit was announced she shared she was fine, as she said goodbye to her current partner Sammy.
Mehdi's exit came as a huge shock to the group given he had been there since day one, and was in a pairing with Whitney for weeks.
Love Island airs every night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
