Love Island fans geared themselves up for a dramatic monologue as Ekin-Su uttered three short words to Jay during Thursday's episode.
Jay is currently coupled up with Ekin-Su but tonight's show saw the Scot tell some of his fellow Islanders that he is interested in getting to know Paige. When he told Ekin-Su this, she took it well - initially.
Jay said: "Obviously, you’ve probably sensed that I’ve been a bit off today and yesterday and it’s just because I want to be honest with my feelings. And I feel like because I moved so fast with you I didn’t get the chance to explore getting to know one Islander in particular here, which is Paige."

Ekin-Su said she was shocked but said it was fine and that she "didn't want to get in the way". Jay looked incredibly relieved and told pals their chat "couldn't have gone better".
But in true Love Island style, the incident was far from over. Minutes later, Ekin-Su asked Jay if they could have another chat.
The tension mounted as they walked away from the other Islanders, and Ekin-Su began: "First of all..." before telling him she took back everything she said, and explaining how she felt he had wronged her.
Taking to Twitter, Ayochil said: "'First of all' HEYY LETS GO", while CarabiShauntel said: "First of all... SHE IS ABOUT TO GO OFF". Bitofbubbles said: "We all know if a girl starts off with 'first of all', you've already lost the argument".
Ade Akins said: "Do you know how long it is when a woman starts off a convo with 'first of all'? Ahh Jay has caused his own downfall" [sic]. Steph said: "She said 'first of all...', woman's got a list".
