Love Island viewers are convinced bombshell Sammy is lying to Jess, and isn't really keen to be with her on the show.
Despite getting to know her and acting like he was happy when Jess chose him over the other boys, fans claimed they spotted a very telling clue or two that he wasn't happy.
Some fans said that the moment Jess picked him, he appeared to look unhappy about it in an "uncomfortable" scene on Friday.
Then as Sunday's episode aired in the fallout to the recoupling, viewers noticed something very awkward that proved to them he wasn't interested in Jess.
After Molly picked Mitchel in the recoupling, Sammy wasted no time in speaking to her after proceedings to see "where her head was at".
Within minutes of him being picked by Jess and him telling her he was happy, he raced over to Molly to share his feelings about getting to know her.
The moment was spotted by Mitchel and others, with Mitchel calling him a snake and mocking his age as others were surprised at Sammy.
But viewers said the signs were all there that Sammy would ditch Jess at the first chance he got, believing it was "obvious" he didn't like his current partner.
Taking to Twitter, fans discussed his reaction to Jess choosing him and also the moment Sammy went to talk to Molly, claiming it all gave away his intentions.
One viewer said: "Sammy didn’t even leave it till the morning if I was Jess I’d be crying blood rn."
A second fan said: "lol not sammy lying?? somebody that looked fuming that jess picked him?"
A third viewer commented: "You can literally see how unhappy Sammy is that he was chosen by Jess & not Molly, it’s uncomfortable to watch."
Meanwhile a fourth fan said: "Mannndjshjsw sammy just got saved by Jess and he’s moving to molly straight away I’m LMAOOOOOOOOOOOO."
It comes as the show dumped its first contestant in the summer 2023 series, following a recoupling.
George Fensom was sent home on Friday after the arrival of bombshell Sammy, as the girls had to pick which boy to couple up with.
Ella chose Tyrique whilst Ruchee coupled up with Andre. Catherine decided to pick Zach, and Molly left everyone guessing before picking Mitchel. Jess chose new boy Sammy, whilst Whitney chose Medhi.
Speaking after his exit, George said: "I’ve had an absolute blast, dropping loose game and making everyone laugh. The experiences I’ve had, the people I’ve met and the lifelong friendships that I’ve formed have made my Villa experience very worthwhile. I wish everyone in there the best Villa experience and I can’t wait to see them all on the outside."
George has since suggested why he thinks he was given the boot by the girls.
George said he went on the show to find his future wife, but he seemed upbeat about why he was chosen to hop it when he returned to social media.
Filming himself, wearing a pair of designer shades, he said: "Left the villa too soon, but do you know what I was obviously too leng.
"But yeah obviously appreciate all the support, thank you for all the messages and yeah, just give me a couple of days just to sort my bits out and I will get replying and we will talk about plans moving forward. Bosh."
Love Island airs all this week at 9PM on ITV2 and ITVX.
