Love Island fans have been left confused after one Islander's emotional response on only day three in the villa. As contestants have grown closer since the ITV2 dating show returned to screens on Monday (June 5), musical theatre performer Molly Marsh left some fans bemused after tearing up over her seemingly perfect partnership with 26-year-old gas engineer Mitchel.
The pair have been coupled up since the beginning, appearing to be a perfect couple in their matching Baywatch red outfits. However, Molly revealed to the girls - and Zach - she wasn't as settled as they first assumed.
While Mitchel seems to be head over heels for Molly, the 24-year-old told Zach he was a 'good looking lad' and she loved his tattoos, as she told him she wanted to talk to him more. She assured him it was only day three and she wasn't 'cut off' in the slightest.

After explaining her feelings to the girls in the Majorca villa, Molly broke down in tears, worried over the situation with Mitchel. Viewers were left confused by this, with many noting the contestants had only been in the villa for three days.
One viewer said: "You’re crying because you want to talk to Zack , molly don’t let us send you home first flight tomorrow clown," while another noted: "Molly why are you crying???? It must be hayfever because it’s been THREE DAYS."
"LOVE ISLAND FIRST CRY OF SEASON DAY 4 LOL," someone else noted. A fourth person tweeted: "Imagine a girl crying because she doesn’t want to be closed off with you."
Molly's fears of being coupled-off too early were unnecessary, however, when new bombshell Sammy invited Molly on an afternoon date in the hideaway. Sammy picked three girls to go on a date with, including Molly, who reassured Sammy that, despite what the others may think, she is still 'very open'.
