Love Island fans were in hysterics after Casey seemed to 'prefer' his kiss with Tom than with a Casa Amor bombshell.
Tuesday night's episode saw the girls and boys participate in a kissing challenge as Casa Amor heats up.
The challenge had bombshell Cynthia choose her two favourite boys to snog in a saucy three-way kiss.
"I kissed Tom," Casey immediately cheered after the kiss.
Following the smooch, the boys discussed the challenge in the beach hut and their excitement wasn't with the beautiful bombshell.
"The three-way kiss was great, I've been dying to kiss Tom for a couple of days now," Casey said.
"I've ticked that one off and I get a beautiful girl as well so it's a win-win."
Fans were amused by the excitement and rushed to Twitter to share their thoughts on the challenge.
"The funniest part of that was Casey being more gassed at kissing Tom than the girls #loveisland," one happy user tweeted.
Another joked: "Tom and Casey were only talking about kissing each other in that threeway kiss sigh #loveisland."
"Cynthia got a three-way kiss and all Casey and Tom did was talk about how they enjoyed kissing each other #loveIsland," one viewer added.
A fan posted: "Casey, a couple of days thinking about kissing Tom is a long time, and I don’t know what voodoo Tom has over everyone but he needs to sell this to us #loveisland."
Meanwhile, the chaos of the episode had fans convinced that history is repeating itself after Will moved on with Layla.
The farmer has been loyal to Jessie since she walked into the villa, but Casa Amor has already changed everything.
Will has been getting to know Layla, who keeps telling him that he and Jessie aren't right for one another.
Some fans of the show were concerned that Jessie could have drawn the short straw as they likened the trio of them to last year's Andrew, Coco and Tasha.
Andrew famously bought Coco back from Casa Amor and later admitted he 'licked her t*t' to a furious Tasha.
