Love Island's Casa Amor is over for 2023 and it was a heck of an episode with many viewers watching the awkward drama unfold on screen through their fingers (or was that just us?). Tyrique Hyde committed to Ella Thomas but she returned with Ouzy See and her original other half was fuming. Montel McKenzie stuck with Leah Taylor, but this saw some looks from bombshell Tink Reading.
But aside of all the obvious drama, one Islander, who was left single at the end of the July 5 episode, was gaining fans on social media with some calling for her to win on her own. Aesthetics practitioner Jess Harding came back from Casa Amor single and probably hoping to recouple with Sammy Root - who was single before the Casa Amor shenanigans, but now coupled up with Amber Wise - after her previous other half, Mitch Taylor recoupled with Abi Moores. God, it gets complicated, doesn't it?

But despite settling on Dennis Wise's daughter, Amber rather than Gabby Jeffery after kissing them both on Tyrique's advice, Sammy was looking uncertain still with his choice, especially when Jess turned up single.
One user said Jess' reaction to the recoupling 'showed class,' tweeting: "Not been a big part of the drama tonight but just want to say that Jess once again showed her class today when returning to the villa. Hope she can stay and get coupled up."
Another fan wrote: "Can Jess just win on her own please???" A third demanded: "Protect Jess at all costs." And another expressed their love for the Londoner: "Jess is so unbelievably adorable."
