Love Island bully row breaks out as 'game player' Molly Marsh riles girls

Love Island fans fear Molly Marsh is being bullied by other contestants after an 'uncomfortable' few days in the villa.

Viewers have rushed to defend the 21-year-old following Wednesday night's show but others say the treatment hasn't crossed a line.

Whitney called her the 'biggest game player' after the challenge, as Tyrique dubbed the blonde a 'people pleaser' to Zach over the love triangle with Mitchel.

She was also called the 'two faced one' last night, with Jess making a comment about Molly when she left the room during the latest episode after she decided to sleep outside to get away from Mitchel.

Some fans called Jess "real" for her words about her co-star, others suggested it was a clear sign she "hated" her.

A number online suggested it's ganging up - and says it is becoming hard to watch.

Mirror Online have contracted ITV for their observations.

One tweeted: "I understand why the girls aren’t so keen on Molly.. but their comments and smirks and sniggering make me feel uncomfortable. There is an element of bullying there."

‌Another put: "Those girls think its ok to be bullying Molly and being so nasty to her when all she’s done is go for someone she likes ?? pretty horrid behaviour, and the lads jumping in making her feel uncomfortable and insecure because she didn’t want to f*** them?"

‌A third chimed in: "Jess is the ring leader of the whole thing and the fact everyone is jumping on the wagon? Love island should have more common sense to differentiate between bullying and drama for tv."

The comments didn't stop there with another tweeter saying: "I feel like the girls are super bitchy this year and that they're gunna end up bullying molly and actually what has she done wrong cos I feel like I've missed something here????"

‌But others feel things have not crossed a line.

"Y’all need to stop misusing the word bullying pls is Jess chatting s**t about Molly yes is it bullying no…what about Jess hovering over Charlotte…what do you call that???" one said.

‌Another defended the girls, writing: "People need to actually learn the difference between being mean and being real. Calling someone out for their behaviour and not entertaining there stupid attempts at getting attention is not bullying."

"‌They are not bullying Molly. Please stop this coz we are actually adults."

Love Island airs every night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
