The 2023 summer series of Love Island will soon be coming to an end. ITV’s hit dating show, which is watched by over one million people each year, kicked off with a new group of singletons who were on the hunt for true love as they entered the sun-baked Majorcan villa.
It’s the first year the show has been hosted by TV presenter Maya Jama, who took over from Laura Whitmore.
The latest dumping, which took place yesterday night (July 26), saw Scott and Abi leave the villa after being voted least compatible by their fellow islanders. The current series of Love Island has faced many twists and turns alongside several tough challenges as the couples faced bitter splits, arguments, the annual Casa Amor and dramatic dumpings.
Last year, Ekin-Su CülcüloÄlu and Davide Sanclimenti won the 2022 summer show and took home the £50,000 prize. And it won’t be long until we find out which couple will secure the huge cash prize this year.
Which couple is the favourite to win Love Island 2023?
OLBG has revealed the latest odds for the Love Island 2023’s winning couple for this year’s show, and it looks like Lochan & Whitney are back leading the way, with odds of 1/2 to be crowned this year’s winning couple. Here’s a list of the latest betting odds:
Lochan Nowacki & Whitney Adebayo - 1/2
The couple recently became exclusive, and after pulling Whitney for a chat on the terrace, Lochan said: “We’ve been basically together from day one, it’s been four weeks and I know how much I like you, and I know how serious I am about you.
“I wanted to feel like my parents could see that and my parents were happy and they were.”
Tyrique Hyde & Ella Thomas - 2/1
After starting together on Day One and plenty of tests, the couple are now official and have even said the “L-word” to each other. The public do love a couple that survives from the first episode until the last, which is a plus for this duo against every other couple in the villa. However, the two have had plenty of wobbles during their time on the show.
Sammy Root & Jess Harding - 4/1
Jess and Sammy are also now girlfriend and boyfriend and are the only real rivals to the top two couples for the win.
Zachariah Noble & Molly Marsh - 18/1
Zach and Molly recently found themselves in the bottom three. Molly insisted though that she was not surprised, while Zach has stated he isn’t on the show for “votes”.
Mitchel Taylor & Ella Barnes - 40/1
Mitch and Ella B were also in the bottom three. After they were saved, Mitch shocked viewers by branding Ella “fake”.
The final airs on Monday (July 31) at 9pm on ITV and ITVX.
