Love Island 2022 ends next week and producers have confirmed the return of the dramatic split or steal ending.
This year's Love Island has created some of the show's most iconic ever scenes. From Ekin-Su crawling through the terrace and Davide calling her a liar, to Andrew and Tasha's now legendary Coco debrief, this season has more than its fair share of entertaining moments.
Unusual though it may be, this series has kept the majority of its OGs for the final with only the likes of Ekin, Adam, and Davide acting as the remaining bombshells. Luca and Gemma along with Tasha and Andrew have essentially acted as the day one couples but who will take home the Love Island crown this year?

What happens in the final?
Every year the couple who receive the most votes from the public are crowned king and queen of the villa.
Presenter Laura Whitmore will be there to deliver the news, and also hand each winner an envelope with a cash amount in it. Together, they will then proceed to open their letters and reveal whether or not they contain £50,000 or £0.
The winner with the £50,000 envelope will then decide whether they want to split the cash prize or keep it for themselves. So far, every past winner has decided to split the cash but depending on who wins this year, that may change.
When does the final air?
The final is set to air on Monday, August 1st at 9 pm on ITV2.
Another series of Love Island is just around the corner as ITV" confirmed Winter Love Island will be making a return for 2023.
