Love Island 2022 contestants: Original Islanders, bombshells and finalists - full list

Love Island 2022 is finally coming to an end. The eighth series of the popular dating show started on Monday, June 6 with 10 contestants, including Swansea paramedic Paige Thorne, 24, student Liam Llewellyn, 22, from Newport, who later quit the show, and international dressage rider Gemma Owen, who is the daughter of football legend Michael Owen.

In a Love Island first, the public were able to choose who they thought should pair up before the new couples entered the villa. During the launch episode, viewers were also introduced to the first bombshell of the series, 27-year-old Davide Sanclimenti.

There has been plenty of twists and turns throughout series 8, including the return of bombshell Adam Collard, who was a contestant in series 4. The latest season has also seen many contestants with celebrity parents join the line-up, including Ronan Keating's son, Jack Keating and Tonia Buxton's daughter, Antigoni Buxton.
