Love Is Blind star Shayne Jansen is left "broken inside" following the death of his beloved mum Karen.
The TV favourite, 33, shared the news with his followers on Instagram, with a handful of sweet photos of him and his mum.
Shayne, 33, wrote the heartbreaking caption: "I lost my best friend today. For the last year we have been inseparable. Coffee every morning to schitts creek every night.
"I'm broken inside but now I can live with zero regrets knowing we did everything together. I'll never be able to replace my FaceTime partner on the daily."
He took a moment to thank fans for their support, before sharing a screenshot of one of their final text exchanges, writing: "You see what I have to deal with? Always words of affirmation. Trying to laugh but I'm lost right now."
Shayne, who works as a realtor in Chicago and Wisconsin, was flooded with messages of support from friends and fans.
Vanessa Lachey, who hosts the show, also sent her condolences, writing: "Sending you Love. I'm so sorry."
Shayne commented: "You are all incredible. She used to brag about getting 100 comments on Facebook she will be beside herself."
The TV star came to came on the Netflix hit show which sees single men and women find love without physically meeting each other - until their wedding day.
They are kept in separate 'pods' where they can get to know their blind date, before deciding whether or not to get married.
Shayne was torn between Shaina and Natalie Lee, but eventually got down on one knee for Natalie.
Although it wasn't smooth sailing for the couple after Natalie found herself unconvinced by Shayne's declaration of love - and left him at the altar.
He was met with accusations that he was using cocaine during the filming of the show.
In an appearance on The Viall Files, he insisted that while he has used drugs in the past, he was clean during the filming of the second season of the series.

"People thought I was doing cocaine. I'm mic'd up the whole time. Everyone would have heard me do it. It's wild to think that I was carrying cocaine on me, and I was snorting lines and doing all this kind of stuff in the bathroom when I'm mic'd up," he explained.
"Have I [used drugs]? Yes. On the show I did not," he said.
"I have experience with a few of them. Nothing that's been injected into my body, but I think we've all had our times in our lives where we've done certain things," Shayne added.
