Love is Blind star Iyanna McNeely was overcome with emotion as she told fans that her divorce from Jarrette Jones has been finalised.
The couple tied the knot on season two of the hit Netflix show after falling in love without seeing what one another looked like. They were only one of two couples to wed on the programme.
Iyanna took to TikTok on Tuesday to share the sad news with fans and broke down in tears as she discussed her "grief".
"It is official," the reality star said as she struggled to get her words out.
"Divorce really is like a grief and as much as people laugh at how long we were married, I think my expectations made it real, my hope made it real, my effort made it real, my tears made it real.
"So I'm crying for, I'm crying for that girl that I was at the beginning of this marriage when I was so hopeful and I had less baggage and I was optimistic and I was healed.
"And I'm crying for that marriage that I thought could work," she added.
Iyanna claimed Jarrette changed once filming wrapped up on the programme and said she is mourning the man she knew.
"I’m crying for that man I believed he was, that man he convinced me he was in the beginning."
The TV personality said there had been "good moments" and a real "connection", but things changed when the cameras left.
She added: "Don't get it twisted. I may be crying and I may be sad right now, but I'm happy that I'm moving forward. ’m happy that I’m out of something that no longer works for me, something that drained the life out of me."
Iyanna said her marriage to Jarrette had left her questioning herself as her husband "couldn't see the value in me".
Going forward, Iyanna said she will be focusing on her friends and family.
She finished her video by saying: "No more tears. I'm tired of being a f***ing sad girl."
The pair announced their separation on Instagram in August and admitted their lives "are going in different directions".
They released a joint statement which read: "While we have love for each other, our lives are going in different directions and that’s OK.
"Coming to this decision was far from easy and we will always wish each other the absolute best."
