Louise Thompson shares picture from hospital bed in gown as she recovers

Made In Chelsea's Louise Thompson has shared a snap of herself in hospital, telling fans she was "bored" after her fiancé Ryan updated fans on her condition.

The mum-of-one, 32, was admitted to hospital this week as she continues to battle post-natal depression following the traumatic birth of her son Leo.

Louise was said to be taking a break from social media, but posted a pic of her from her ward today, saying: "Thanks for all your well wishes.

"As you can imagine I'm a wee bit bored, so might finally get round to sharing some links for our baby bits that we've found invaluable with sweet baby Leo, who I miss like mad."

She then posted a pic of little Leo in his high chair, saying: "I miss sitting opposite this little bean, he keeps me going."

Her posts came after her Ryan broke his silence following his fiancee's admission to hospital.

Taking to Instagram, the MIC star wrote: "Thank you to the people who have messaged me today sending well wishes to myself and Louise," he wrote.

"I'll update when I can. Thank you again."

Shortly after releasing the message, Ryan shared a cute photo of the couple's baby son sporting a sky blue knitted jumper.

Alongside the snap, the former MIC star penned: "We're keeping busy til mummy comes home from hospital."

The former reality star's team confirmed she was back in hospital yesterday, posting a statement saying: "Louise is unfortunately back in hospital for a little while and is therefore taking a break from social media.

"Like all of you I am sure, we wish her a speedy recovery and are sending her all the love."

The post comes just days after Louise penned a lengthy post about suffering from a 'weird form of dementia' as she updated fans on her health.

The star had told her followers she was making slow progress to recovery, but was recently re-admitted to the hospital after receiving 'alarming blood results'.

Louise has been candid about her condition, with many fans asking her what her symptoms were.

Last week, she tried to sum up how she was feeling, writing: "To put it bluntly I’m struggling to move on with ‘normal’ life. Every day I feel physically very unwell and every other day I seem to have an hour long period (sometimes longer) where I feel messed up in my brain - I don’t know what it is, but it feels like brain damage or a mini stroke. Maybe it’s a weird processing experience.

"It feels like I’m either really REALLY low in some specific chemical/hormone or way too high. But either way I can’t think properly or talk properly during those episodes. It sort of feels like I’m having a major allergic reaction to something in my brain."
