Louise Redknapp has a new man in her life, seven years after divorcing ex-husband Jamie.
The singer, 48, was photographed stepping out in London on Monday night with Drew Michael, who at 39 is eight years her junior.
The couple were seen leaving private members club, The Groucho Club, after attending comedian Jimmy Carr’s 51st birthday celebrations.
In pictures obtained by the Mirror, Louise, who originally shot to fame as a member of 90s R&B girlband Eternal, looked chic in a black bomber jacket, leather boots and matching skirt,
In one of the frames, she could be seen flashing a huge smile in the direction of her male companion.
The sighting comes after she recently admitted to being “open” to meeting someone new.
She told The Sun: “I’m just open to what may happen, I’m not actively out there looking, it’s not my number-one goal in life.
“But, if it goes that way and I met somebody who swept me off my feet and was amazing and kind and great, then I’d be so open to exploring that, but no, I’m not downloading apps, well, not at the minute.”
Louise and ex Jamie were married for 19 years and share two sons, Charlie, 18, and Beau, 14.
While former England footballer-turned-sports pundit has since married Sweedish model Frida Andersson-Lourie, 39, this marks the first time that Louise has gone public with a relationship.
Little is yet known about her new beau, but according to the MailOnline, Mr Michael “is understood to be a former military officer who now works in the aerospace and defence industry, where he supplies strategic war equipment to the Royal Marines and the British Army”.
