A chat about mining stock options quickly turned into a fugitive developer offering a $100,000 political donation to a brother of a former premier, an inquiry has been told.

Tapped phone calls from 2021 between the former NSW premier Dominic Perrottet's brother Jean-Claude and controversial property developer Jean Nassif were played at a NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption hearing on Thursday.
