Lorraine Kelly has shared a major TV throwback from 'the golden days' when she first joined TV-am as the Scottish correspondent.
The ITV presenter took to Instagram to share a photo taken 40 years ago, as she joined the late Mike Morris on the sofa.
In the snap, the 62-year-old presenter can be seen wearing a red tartan suit jacket and red skirt with her hair in a dark brown bob cut.
She sat next to Mike, who joined ITV’s breakfast show as a sports reporter when it launched in 1983 and became anchorman of Good Morning Britain in 1987. He sadly passed away in 2012.
She wrote: "FORTY years ago saw the launch of TVam. I started as Scottish correspondent in 1984 - and lucky enough to present the show from 1989 with Mike Morris - a kind, lovely fella and a total pro. Sadly missed. Golden Days. #tvam #friends #joy #breakfast #goodmorning."
And fans quickly flocked to the comments to say that it only felt like yesterday that she joined.
One wrote: "I remember it so well.."
Another penned: "I remember those days, I was 20! I wish I had aged as gracefully as you have Lorraine."
While one said: "Still looking fabulous 40 years on."
Another wrote: "I remember it well you still look fabulous and are a joy to watch."
And another added: "How the years have flown by and @lorrainekellysmith @lorraine you have not changed a bit still a ray of sunshine."
The mum-of-one got her own ITV show in 1992 and has been presenting 'Lorraine' ever since.
