Weight Watchers' chocolate spread was a favourite of Lorraine Kelly's as she lost weight.
The presenter dropped over 11lbs recently which she credits to ditching sweet treats and biscuits. Fans sent their support after she opened up about the fad diets she had been through and her struggle to get to where she is now.
Lorraine also gave thanks to Weight Watchers for helping her realise she can still enjoy her sweet treats without feeling bad about it. Her Weight Watchers coach, Suzie Stirling, said people should not be starving themselves or unhappy during a diet as it will have a negative effect in the long run.

She said: "There is no such thing as 'good' or 'bad' food and nothing is off limits on the Weight Watchers programme. Lorraine loves chocolate and had got into the habit of eating lots of it before bed.
"She didn’t want to give it up for good, so now she has a big bowl of fruit, such as berries, melon and mango, which she dips into a little pot of WW Chocolate Spread."
Lorraine recently shared a video on Instagram alongside her coach giving fans a look at her go-to snack. In the clip, she could be seen standing at her kitchen island, laden with strawberries and bananas, as she showed off Weight Watchers' chocolate spread - which is only 71 calories per tablespoon.
During the video, Suzie said: "Bananas are rich in goodness and healthy fibres that help curb appetite and they are incredibly versatile.
"You can chop them up and freeze them to make them into ice-cold smoothies or an instantly refreshing ice cream. Your body needs to be fuelled with good food and you should always try and have a healthy breakfast."
