Lorraine Kelly and Still Game star Sanjeev Kohli had a sweet social media interaction where Lorraine branded the actor 'very, very silly'.
Sanjeev, 50, is best known for his role playing shopkeeper Navid in BBC sitcom Still Game on and off from 2002 to 2019.
The ITV host responded to a joke Sanjeev posted on Twitter, as he wrote: "If something is too big for its surroundings it’s incongruous. If it’s REALLY REALLY too big for its surroundings it’s kingkongruous".
Lorraine quote tweeted it with a sweet reply: "You are very very silly - for which I am eternally grateful," and added red heart and laughing emojis alongside.
The Still Game actor responded to her with: "Love you Loz! X"
One Still Game fan replied: "The people huv tae know"
Another said: "This made me laugh"
Fans of Sanjeev will be able to see the actor on screens as A.J in River City as he plays a businessman on the Scottish soap.
He told the BBC at the time: "River City is a Scottish institution and I'm chuffed to bits to be joining the cast."
Kohli added: "To be honest, I've been waiting for the call to join for quite some time now. I even bought a special phone - which I've been staring at for seven years - and it finally rang."
