Lorraine Kelly previously called the cuts to her daytime show “heartbreaking” – but she has now revealed that she’s embracing the welcome break from our screens.
In 2025, Kelly, who has presented her titular morning show since 2010, bore the brunt of ITV pairing back its schedule, with her show being halved in runtime. Good Morning Britain now occupies the 9am to 10am slot for 22 weeks of the year, which means that Lorraine is on just 30 weeks a year, as opposed to 52, and for only 30 minutes as opposed to one hour.
