Lorraine Kelly has been forced off her self-titled ITV programme for a few days and replaced by Carol Vorderman. The Scottish TV star was last seen hosting her Lorraine show on Friday (July 8).

However, she was nowhere to be seen on Monday morning (July 11) during Good Morning Britain during her usual slot to reveal what is coming up on her show, which airs every weekday from 9am on ITV.

Susanna Reid and Ed Balls went to throw to Lorraine for her link but were instead greeted by former Countdown star Carol who was only a guest on the show a matter of weeks ago as she spoke about her latest TV appearance on Celebrity Gogglebox alongside long-time pal Gyles Brandreth.
