Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli bought a Hidden Hills mansion for $9.5 million; after asking $14.95 million, they sold it for $12.65 million

Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have closed the chapter on one of their most prominent Los Angeles properties, selling their luxurious Hidden Hills mansion for $12.65 million after purchasing it for $9.5 million in 2020. The sale, reported by TMZ on November 10, 2025, came as the couple were living separately and navigating a major transition in their personal lives. Real-estate sources told TMZ that the property changed hands for $12.65 million, below the couple’s then-asking price of $14.95 million but still substantially above their original purchase price. The transaction generated considerable interest because the home had previously been marketed at an even higher figure before its price was reduced. Beyond the numbers, the sale became another example of how celebrity real estate can intersect with changing personal circumstances, market conditions and the extraordinary value attached to luxury homes in exclusive Southern California communities.

The financial story behind the Hidden Hills mansion is particularly striking. Loughlin and Giannulli bought the contemporary farmhouse-style property for $9.5 million in August 2020, shortly after their legal troubles surrounding the college admissions scandal had made them the focus of intense national attention. When they eventually decided to sell, the property had been offered at substantially higher prices, reflecting both its luxury specifications and the premium associated with Hidden Hills real estate. TMZ reported that the final $12.65 million sale price represented a solid profit compared with their original purchase price. On a simple purchase-price basis, the difference was about $3.15 million before accounting for transaction costs, taxes, renovations, financing and other expenses. That distinction matters because the headline sale price does not necessarily represent the couple’s final net gain from the property.
