Lorenzo Insigne’s agent speaks on rumoured Tottenham interest
Napoli winger Lorenzo Insigne has been heavily linked with a move to Tottenham in recent weeks, with the Azzurri captain out-of-contract in the summer.
Talks over a new deal between the Italy international and his boyhood club are said to have stalled, with his agent speaking out on recent claims.
Talking to Corriere dello Sport, agent Vincenzo Pisacane said: “We can't say [what happens next], in football everything can change in ten minutes.”
When asked specifically about contact with Spurs, he added: “I won't have contact with anyone until January. On this I am very firm: from the 2nd [of January], then, everything will change.”
Inside Tottenham vs Leicester’s postponement
Tottenham and Antonio Conte saw a third Premier League game cancelled in a row, following a Covid outbreak at both Spurs and their opponents Leicester.
The match was only called off six hours before the game was meant to be played, rounding off a chaotic 24 hours for the club.

When Tottenham can play rearranged fixtures

There are a number of weeks in the new year that Conte’s men could face Leicester, Brighton or Burnley, but it all depends on cup competitions too.
