The Loose Women panel puzzled viewers today as they revealed their unusual celebrity crushes.
The panellists - which included Charlene White, Katie Piper, Nadia Sawalha and Linda Robson today - answered viewers' burning questions during a special edition of the ITV lunchtime show today. They talked about their mental health, taking risks and shared insights into their relationships but fans were most puzzled when they started talking about crushes.
Linda was the first to go, followed by Katie Piper, but it was Nadia's celebrity crush that left fans the most confused, as she admitted to fancying a public figure who has found himself in the news a lot recently. Despite confessing to having many crushes, Linda kept her answer fairly short and sweet and chose just three to mention.
She confessed: "I have to say Russell Brand, he's very intelligent, he's very funny and he smells great too. I did The Jonathan Ross Show; I was with Dermot O'Leary, James Blunt, and it was Russell Brand.
"In the green room, before we went on, he said lay your head in my lap, and he massaged all my head. When you get to a certain age, you get forgotten about. No one takes notice of you, he did, so it made me feel young again. And he smelt delicious."
Linda also admitted to fancying actor Sean Connery and footballer Thierry Henry
Katie, meanwhile, insisted her crushes have been "well documented".
"Mine are well documented - Michael Jackson and Piers Morgan," she said, before reeling in shock at Nadia's admission after initially revealing she didn't know who her fellow panellist was referencing at first.
Nadia shared: "My most recent is Mick Lynch; he's the head of the national rail union.
"I had to text Kaye and Jane and told them, I'm really worried I've got a really bad crush on Mike Lynch. It's the brain, he wipes the floor with every single person and he showed up this government yet again for what they are and I loved them for it."
As she confessed to her crush, Katie could be heard saying "you ok hun?" before Nadia waxed lyrical about her love for Mick Lynch, who Secretary-General of the National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers, and has found himself thrust into the spotlight more so recently as rail workers continue to strike over their pay.
