Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha has taken to her social media to share an empowering message about learning to love yourself and finding joy in body acceptance. The 58-year-old television personality posted a series of images of herself sporting a bikini over the years and pointed out the pictures when she was visibly unhappy in comparison to more recent snaps where she has accepted her body.
