Loose Women's Kaye Adams 'traumatised' after Judi Love gives sexy dance tutorial for Strictly

Kaye Adams has gone to her Loose Women panellists for advice on how to dance sexy ahead of her Strictly Come Dancing debut.

The 59-year-old broadcaster is gearing up for her first ever live show on the BBC ballroom dancing competition, and looked for advice from her ITV colleagues. Kaye was joined by Judi Love, Nadia Sawalha, and Jane Moore on the panel as she complained two of them were 'rubbish' when it came to helping her.

"The sexy stuff, I'm rubbish at that and I tried to get these two to help me this morning but you were rubbish at it Jane. You were a bit better, but you are the queen of it," Kaye tells Judi. As Nadia chimes in, labelling Judi "Dr. Love".

"Look come round here," as she moves to the front of the panel and Kaye persists: "Oh I can't, Judi, I can't," before hilariously quipping she's 'traumatised already'. Judi sways in front of the panel desk, telling Kaye she needs to 'ooze it'.

"You know what you need to do, stand in front of the mirror naked and you need to cream yourself. Forget that anyone is there, and love up on yourself, " Judi adds. "When you've loved up on yourself, you can love up on somebody else," as Kaye jumps in: "Do we have a defibrillator?"

Judi had some words of advice for Kaye (ITV)

Kaye is one of 15 celebrity contestants trying to take home the glitterball trophy and their journey starts with Saturday's first live show, Kaye told how she needed to 'loosen' up after convincing herself she was a 'rubbish' dancer for over 40 years. When asked what her biggest challenge would be on Strictly, Kaye confided that it was her insecurities, after always believing herself to be a 'reserved person' and a bad dancer.

She told MailOnline: "I just need to loosen up a bit. I mean, it's the irony of a loose woman, I've always been quite a reserved person. I've told myself I'm a rubbish dancer for 40 years and that sinks in and so you have that perception of yourself.

"I suppose it's the dances that really require me to, to go way outside my comfort zone. I mean, everything's going to be outside my comfort zone, but some of it is going to be like going to the North Pole in a pair of flip flops! So I guess the Paso Doble and all that kind of shaky, sultry stuff is what’s going to test me to the limits."
